Why haven't you responded to my email?Updated a month ago

Here at Strand, we have an auto reply system which filters through our emails in an attempt to help customers efficiently. These emails have this sentence at the bottom: 'This is an automated message. If it does not answer your question, reply to this message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.' 


If your initial email is answered by an auto reply, and then no further reply from you is given, your email unfortunately won't make it to our inbox. We apologise for any inconvenience. Feel free to reach out again for further assistance!
