If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days of receipt by visiting any Strandbags store or via Australia Post.

All items for return must be in their original packaging, including the dust bag, and must be unused. 

To arrange a return via Australia Post please visit our returns portal here. We cannot refund the cost of postage and packing for items deemed by you to be unsuitable.

Please note: Goods purchased at Strandbags Factory Outlet Stores may only be returned to Strandbags Factory Outlet Stores. 

Exchange Policy:
In the unlikely case you are not in love with your purchase, we offer exchanges in-store only. You can visit any Strandbags store near you, and they will be able to assist. Here is our store locator to help you find stores near your area. 

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges via Australia Post.

What is your return policy?

We always do our best to have your order ready as soon as possible. Typically, orders are available for collection within 24 hours.

In some cases, however, we may need to order stock from our Sydney Warehouse, which can take an additional 3-5 business days. If this happens, we will send you an email to notify you of this. For WA and NT, this may take an additional 3-5 working days.

When can I pick-up my Click and Collect?

Metro and Central Areas in Australia -  2 - 7 working days*

Regional, Western Australia and Northern Territory - Up to 10 working days*

Deliveries are only made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

When will I receive my delivery order?

Our products are warranted against the unlikely event of faults occurring due to defective workmanship within a *specified timeframe from the date of purchase. 

To Claim your Warranty - You must return your product to a Strandbags store of your preference alongside your receipt. 
Please note that as a Strand+ member, your purchase history can also be viewed in your Strandbags loyalty account.
 

The in-store team will advise further on the process of your warranty claim.
Please keep in mind the time required for this process.
